BSides Hampton Roads is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone. By attending or participating, you agree to uphold the following principles:

We are committed to a harassment-free experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff, regardless of background, identity, or experience level. Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Treat others with respect and professionalism. Engage in constructive dialogue, be mindful of differing perspectives, and help foster a collaborative learning environment.

Respect personal boundaries and consent in all interactions, including conversations, networking, and photography. If someone asks you to stop a behavior, you are expected to comply immediately.

Follow all event venue rules and applicable laws. Do not engage in threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct.

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly to event staff or designated organizers. All reports will be taken seriously and handled with discretion.

BSides Hampton Roads reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warning or removal from the event without refund, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
